
The Lockwood Limo made the short trip down to Harrogate this weekend for the bands fifth consecutive appearance at the National Finals, but first in the First Section.
Victorian Snapshots - On Ratcliff Highway, composed by Ray Steadman-Allen, was the test piece for the 17 competing bands. Lockwood received an early draw and were the third band to take to the Conference Centre stage. The two adjudicators for the section were Brian Buckley and Rob Wiffen, who placed the band tenth overall with 180 points. Pennine Brass came out on top with a winning total of 194.
